Travelog: The queen city of the south- CEBU day 1 ( Quest Hotel And Conference Center )

Another travel post again. This time we are heading to the queen city of the south cebu city my hometown! Our flight was at the afternoon of 1pm of december 13 ,2014 via airasia. This is our 1st time riding airasia we had no idea that airasia is at terminal 1. Lucky enough our driver mang Joseph was perfectly aware that airasia is at terminal 1. The check-in and flight was on time and was smooth! As we arrived, we went directly to our hotel which is the Quest Hotel And Conference Center - Cebu. We chose this hotel for our 3 nights stay because of its accessible location, price and good review. When we arrived Quest hotel staffs were very polite, welcoming and helpful .Its like a 5 star hotel service they offered us for our whole stay with them!

Despite the hotel having lots of Guest checking-in, They were organized fast and efficient.

A picture of the lobby. Very well decorated for the x-mas season. The blue theme adds a cool relaxing feel. The place was really clean and smells good. 

Our room was located on the 8th floor. We had the side end unit with a mountain view.
The room was spacious, bed and linens was clean. I love our room being the end unit we had these huge window! *awesome* Its like paying a premium room.

We encountered one minor problem which the hotel addressed well. The air condition unit needs some fixing, coz a lil bit of water was leaking. It didn't ruined our mood, Quest hotel was very professional. Good job!

Because It's already around 4pm, We decided to have some snacks. I decided to let Gene , try one of the cebuano breakfast which is called puto tsikwate or puto maya in cocoa drinks(tablea).

Left:  Puto and tablea tsikwate with cebu mangoes! Cebu mangoes is really sweet! One of the things we are proud of! So when visiting cebu try the mangoes and puto tsikwate!
Tablea is located in  SM cebu!
And one unplanned event happened. As were eating out puto tsikwate , There was an event by cherry mobile and the Guest artist was one of the famous male actor here in the Philippines James reid!
So i took a  photo of him because most of my friends is a fan of him!

How awesome is it to have eaten the food that i missed alot and a free concert !! *lol*

Cebu trips was almost cancelled too , but Gene knows how i missed my hometown and so persuaded me to visit Cebu despite the funds. Thank you chhuuu!
