It's been quite a long time since I wrote something here. The weather had been crazy on and off here. A day having a chilly weather to extreme cold getting down as low as -20 degree celsius. As I'am writing this I was hoping Im in Cancun drinking mojito while enjoying the sun.
So We went to Cancun to have a break from the crazy weather , It's our third time here as We have a time share in bahia principe. The Bahia Principe is a big resort in the riviera maya. It's an hour drive from Cancun city.
We arrived late afternoon and this was the main entrance of the all inclusive resort. The place is huge compose of four resorts that you can visit while staying.
We got our room complete with coffee maker, coffee, tea and some refreshment. We were welcome with a bottle of wine and tray of fruits. You can consume all the food no extra charges and they refill it everyday.
We only stay here for five days due to work schedule, so basically We only hang out in the resort checking different restaurant that you can book every night per stay which is very good especially if you're planning to stay much longer. They do have the buffet which has a lot of choices but a plated meal is much better in my preference.
The reason why we keep coming back here aside from it's affordable, the staff , the food was also of the beach. Having a share here give as extra privilege like a reserved cabana and a private cart for the member to use to get around the resort. The private cart made it faster to go from one point to another especially in the busy season.
The beach is so clean you can see fishes swimming. The sands are fine and white. Although some part of the beach is a bit rocky. If you don't like the beach , they do have tons of pools that you can swim or hang out. I was not able to take a photo of the pools as one of my sd card went missing.*forgot where I put them*.
The hotel has also some night activity to keep you busy and an area where you can shop and buy souvenir.
At night this place called the hacienda has some live outdoor activities and is busy! Party and drink indeed.
This place will always be part of a wonderful memories as with this vacation I got engaged with my partner. I got a Sapphire with Diamond white Gold 18k ring.
The weather might not be the best for the week we arrived but the memories we created was the best!
